Fusion 4x4 designs and manufactures high quality off road products right here in the USA.
My front axle is Fusion’s King Pin 60 Elite Front Axle. It has a high clearance center section with custom low profile fabricated differential cover. A 3.5" diameter x 7/16" wall axle tubes. Along with massive, race inspired King Pin inner knuckle Cs and outer knuckles, no ball joints to wear out. 1480 Chromoly axle shafts with solid u-joints, fully machined springless steering arm attached with 6 ARP Studs, and 1/4" plate axle bracketry designed to be the strongest in its class. It is an 8 lug axle with massive 13" brake rotors and dual piston calipers, and Yukon Hardcore locking hubs. Lastly it comes with OE quality ABS design and integration make these axles plug and play with the Jeep JK.
My rear axle is Fusion’s Full Float 60 Rear Axle. It has a low pinion design for maximum gear strength with again 3.5" diameter x 7/16" wall axle tubes. It has the big brake kit with dual piston calipers and 13.25" rotors along with the OE quality ABS design and integration make these axles plug and play with the Jeep JK.
I am also running the toughest combo available for the tie rod and drag link. The Fusion Rock Series tie rod and drag link were designed to be the strongest Jeep JK steering parts on the market. They use super-sized components to put an end to bent tie rods. Massive 1-1/4" shank rod ends are paired with 1.75" diameter solid 7075 T6511 aluminum. 7075 is popular in off-road racing due to its "memory." If you hit the tie rod hard enough to make it flex, the bar will return to straight. The aluminum is machined on a CNC lathe for exacting tolerances.

Genesis Offroad
This is the most complete and easiest to install dual battery system on the market.
The top cover plate has several innovative features in a simple package. All of the wiring has already been done for you, and the smart isolator comes pre-installed. The welded gussets on top have holes with grommets to route the wires directly to the correct battery post, so there's no guess work involved to make the connections. Use the extra grommets for routing your own accessory wires cleanly and neatly to the power and ground bus bars. High quality battery terminal connectors are crimped to the flexible 2 gauge wire connecting the batteries together. With all the wiring integrated into the top plate, servicing your batteries has never been easier. Simply pull the terminals off the battery posts, remove the 4 easily accessible bolts securing the lid, and all the wiring can be lifted up and out of the way to service your batteries when necessary.
Quality made right here in the USA and a customer service dept thats hands down the best. I'm running a lot of extra equipment in my JK and I don't worry anymore about draining the battery because I know all I have to do is hit the boost button and I'm on my way.

I am running the Jeep JK & JKU Ridgeline mid-width rear bumper from Hyline Offroad. This bumper wraps just around the tub corners, giving you some body protection. The Ridgeline rear bumper meticulously matches all the curves of the JK bodylines. It doesn’t just look great… it’s functional, easy to install and will stand up to years of abuse.
I also have Hyline's front & rear inner fender liners! With the release of the new JK inner fender liners, their legacy in underhood heat management is continued by incorporating a heat extraction vent panel into the liners. The three piece design allows for a panel that tightly hugs the components of the engine bay to achieve maximum tire articulation. You’ll have plenty of clearance for aftermarket bump stops that sit on top of the coil spring perch and, with minor modification, clearance for coilovers. I painted the perforated mesh panel white, which is left as raw aluminum on both versions so you can paint to color match or leave it bare aluminum!

Ceramic coating helps to reduce over tones and harmonic distortions that can occur when using Titanium at higher power levels. This unique tweeter assures the system is producing the highest sound quality with the lowest distortions.
Part#: NA2-320.4: MB Quart compact Two Channel, 400 watt Powersports amplifier with on-board equalization and simple installation with quick release connectors. The highly engineered Q-Stasis pre-amplifier stage reduces incoming noise from source units dramatically improving sound quality.
Part#: NHT1-120LW: I have two sets of the MB Quart, two way 8 inch Wake Tower Compression Horn Speaker: white and illuminated. They have a very smooth musical response, with very high output with minimal required amplifier power. They have limitless color choices with color on, off, strobe and programmed “light shows”.
Part#: NA2-500.5: I run the MB Quart compact 500 watt mono Powersports amplifier for my subwoofer and speakers. The amplifier has on-board equalization and simple installation with quick release connectors. The wired Bass Remote allows adjustments to bass frequencies which I have mounted by my headunit for easy and quick access. The unique design allows this amplifier to power full range speakers with a dedicated channel for a subwoofer. It quickly dissipates heat to allow the amplifier to run lower impedance for longer duration.
Part#: NW1-254L: I am running the 10" Shallow Nautic illuminated Woofer 600 Watts Maxx 300 Watts RMS SVC 4-Ohms. This marine certified, single voice coil NW1-254 shallow subwoofer has been designed for those marine and powersports applications where space can be an issue. With only 2.83 inches of mounting depth, the NLP254S can fit in any bench seat, gunnel or shallow compartment without giving up much space at all. Mine is the illumination version which is controlled by the N1-RC Wireless RF LED light remote control.

iDRIVE
The iDRIVE is a throttle response controller that eliminates acceleration delays that are common on many modern vehicles. With the supercharger in my jeep, even with a custom tune, the iDRIVE was an awesome addition as I can change my pedal response on the fly, working independently from my custom tune.
The iDRIVE throttle controller modifies the voltage signal from the fly-by-wire pedal assembly to allow you to tune the response from your accelerator pedal and eliminate throttle lag. The iDRIVE does this by providing new points of reference for the vehicles throttle mapping. It is still working within the vehicles standard parameters, however, it introduces a far sharper throttle curve.
The iDRIVE features OE plugs that connect directly to your factory pedal plugs and can generally be installed in under 5 minutes. It is also suited to both manual and automatic transmissions and can be individually programmed to perform with either transmission.
